We are searching for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the company’s operations, plan continuous improvement initiatives, and lead organization development.

  • Lead the organization’s strategic planning process and initiatives

IDEAL CANDIDATES’ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • 15 years plus of demonstrated success in a similar role
  • Diversity in functions of roles i.e. operations, sales, customer service
  • Demonstrated success of mentorship and development of team
